Some good news out of the middle east. Iran has agreed to the nuclear talks with the EU and the US.

The Ukrainian rebels have finally sent the bodies of MH17 to the Netherlands, but they also shot down two jet fighters this week.

Condolences to the families of those lost on Malaysian Air flight 17 which was shot down over Ukraine.

RIP Johnny Winter and Elaine Stritch.

So, the Senate had two bills to fix the Hobby Lobby decision. One from the GOP that just reiterated that it is legal for women to purchase contraception…gee, thanks. The other would’ve fixed the decision but was filibustered by the GOP.

And a silicone valley big wig wants to break California into 6 states! Um, no thank you.

Rep. Alan Grayson got the House to vote on the minimum wage…not ONE member of the GOP voted to raise it, and 5 Democrats joined the GOP.

Plus we had both Legs and Erin Biglow in the Bunker. FULL BUNKER!!

The Hobby Lobby case has opened up more lawsuits from companies claiming religious freedom…but shouldn’t this then open up the shareholders of those same companies to lawsuits, creditors, etc that they would normally be protected from with their corp status???

Also, a GHWB appointee tells the SCOTUS they should STFU regarding the Hobby Lobby case!

Wal-Mart has been found guilty of toxic dumping…

Nic discusses what is going on in Israel and Gaza at the moment and reactions he is getting online.

Rick has been kidnapped, he is still in Ohio, so Legs has graciously agreed to co-host again this week.

Biting in soccer? If Jody’d known that was a thing, perhaps she’d be watching it.

SCOTUS had several rulings come down: 1) regarding searching of cell phone data and 2) The subscription service Aereo and tv broadcasts. 3) Buffer zones for abortion clinics.

Gary Oldman screwed up, had he just stopped talking…..we barely touched on this, suffice to say, he had a point about hypocrisy and then should’ve stopped talking.

The CEO of American Apparel lost his job due to being a perv, shocking…

Nic had a long rant about Pitbull Dogs, Jody and Nic argued, but they still love each other.

Jody wanted to talk about many other things, it didn’t happen. But, we did talk about ….

Iraq…we going to war again, and if so, who’s side are we on? And the war mongers who got us into the mess in the first place should not be allowed to speak now, but the media is only asking their opinions.

Then there was World Cup talk, Jody zoned out…..zzzzzzzzz.

So, two people shot 2 cops and another person at Wal-Mart in Las Vegas over the weekend. They placed a”Don’t Tread On Me” flag and Swastica on one police officer, and on the other one a note that read: This is the start of the revolution. The guy at the Wal-Mart was a good guy with a gun…

In Seattle, the shooter was subdued while trying to reload by a student with PEPPER SPRAY!

And in Oregon, a student was shot to death and a teacher was injured at a high school

Since Newtown, there have been 74 school shootings. This is NOT good.

The KKK is recruiting soldiers for its upcoming race war!!

RIP Maya Angelou.

And condolences to those whose friends/family were murdered in Isla Vista last weekend. Joe The Plumber had some horrific editorial about it, along with many others.

#yesallwomen went viral after the attack….and yes, all women have to deal with misogyny, sexism, fear when walking alone….etc.

Nic is on today’s show via Skype.
